MQC Framework
Materials. Quality. Cost. The three pillars behind every cafe we build — from concept to opening day.
The Blueprint for Every Build
MQC is our construction evaluation framework. It ensures every material selected, every subcontractor engaged, and every build decision made passes a clear and consistent standard.
Materials
We specify materials for performance and longevity — not aesthetics alone. Every product is vetted for durability, food safety compliance, and environmental standards before use.
Quality
Workmanship is held to formal inspection standards at every build stage. Our project managers conduct milestone sign-offs, and no phase advances without passing review.
Cost
We plan budgets rigorously and communicate transparently. Our supply chain relationships allow us to source premium materials at competitive rates, and contingency is always built in.
What We Build With
Our standard material palette for cafe construction — chosen for performance, longevity, and visual quality.
Structural Walls
Flooring
Bar Counter & Joinery
Lighting
HVAC & Ventilation
Plumbing & Water
Build Inspections at Every Stage
Our quality assurance process follows a stage-gate model. No construction phase proceeds until the previous one has been formally signed off by our project manager and, where applicable, the client.
Site survey, structural assessment, and design validation before any work begins.
Foundation, framing, and MEP rough-in reviewed by a certified engineer.
Surface finishes, joinery, and equipment installation checked against specification.
All systems tested, snagging list resolved, and documentation handed to client.
Keeping Budgets Honest
Cost overruns are one of the most common pain points in construction. Our approach is designed to eliminate them.
Fixed-Price Tendering
We provide detailed fixed-price quotations based on full design specifications. There are no provisional sums without client agreement.
Supply Chain Leverage
Our volume purchasing with preferred suppliers means we secure trade pricing on materials and pass it through to project budgets.
Contingency Planning
Every project budget includes a clearly stated contingency allowance. Risk items are identified upfront, not discovered mid-build.
